I was in the market for a new car and didn't want the hassle of dealing with a main dealer. I wanted to break away from a ford and wanted to find something suitable for a family car and when i went to the lot with my wife we went with that in mind.

Paul was friendly and courteous and was not pressuring in the slightest for selling - he was knowledgable about what we needed and from the deposit to the finance (a long arduous process) he was there all the way.

Having bought 2 absolute scrap heaps from other garages I was very nervous and anxious about buying a car, read the reviews of motor land in Cannock and seen so many positive reviews on Google etc I went down there. Chap called Paul came out said hi left me to it no pushy sales, no hard sell just a "if you need me give me a shout" now that's how you sell a car! I came back the same day, spoke to Paul told him how nervous I was about getting a car as previously the cars I had left me not wanting to travel far as there was always an engine light, or a message something had failed etc but he assured me that I was in safe hands. I paid the deposit and within a week (it was Christmas week) I picked up my car with their own in house warranty not one of these that aren't worth the paper they are written on, fully mot'd for 12months, cleaned, prepped and smelling nice😆. So far I'm more than happy and (touch wood) again enjoying the new car vibe which I had missed! So here to lots of family trips and holidays in this car, thanks Paul absolutely top man,if you want a car then this is the place to go.

Well what can I say, I recently visited the Motorland in Brownhills and the service was incredible. Been trying to find a new car for a while and to be honest hated the experience as sales people wouldn't leave you alone and were just after the sale. Then I met Am, who kindly greeted us, asked if there was anything in particular I was after and just said to approach him if we needed anything else. I found a car and asked Am a few questions. He was very knowledgable a good witty wheeler and dealer with a few added jokes.

We sat down talked numbers signed the paper work and that was that. I was there no less than an hour and half and got to drive the vehicle away the same day.

If you're looking to buy a car, away from the pushy sales people and cars that are offered at a great price rather than your expensive over priced car dealers this is the place to be and make sure you ask for Am.

I've been using Motorland since 2012, I must have had 15 vehicles, the most recent one purchased today!! I've never had customer service on this scale anywhere else I've ever enquired or expressed interest in the purchasing of vehicles. I think I have pretty much used all sites of the Motorland Group! If I've ever had an issue, it's been sorted within 24-48 hours. Nothing has ever been to much to ask! They go out of their way to help and support. No pressure selling or typical sales spools! This is a hand on heart review from a loyal customer that has complete trust in a dealership which is rare these days! You see reviews every day, I always struggle to trust reviews but please take this one as fact and truth 100%. I've dealt with Andy, Indi, and Amrik (AM) (Bloxwich and Brownhills) The customer service is excellent, transition of viewing a vehicle to processing this through is smooth, collection and handover of vehicles is thorough and stress free and a pleasure to go through! Had to ask for help with a very minor light bulb issue and Andy got this sorted without any hesitation. After speaking with the three guys at motorland in walsall wood who were extremaly helpful and knowedageable with nothing being a problem. They took me out to test drive two cars . As i start early in the mornings they had arranged for the car to be collected to following day with no issues at all. Very nice and friendly people to deal with that do what they say they will do. Took my car to motorland bloxwich as it was closer than my dealer . Also £10 cheaper for mot !
The service was the best around . Andy took me home and picked me back up when car was ready . Rang and explained what needed to be done and also cost before going ahead .
I have since been back for new clutch . Again excellent service . I would urge anyone local to use this garage for purchases and repairs . Takes alot to gain trust but the guys here are great .
Just check Motorland out you won't be disappointed .
